Internship Overview: As an Executive Assistant Intern for the CEO of Kingdom Driven Entrepreneurs, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO's day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization. This is a bartered, non-paid position, and compensation will be provided in the form of services through KDE, which may include free coaching, advising, access to resources, or other business supports.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft emails, memos, and other communications as needed.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized records, files, and documents. Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Project Support: Collaborate on special projects, initiatives, and events under the guidance of the CEO.
- Research: Conduct research on relevant topics as assigned by the CEO, providing summaries and insights to support decision-making.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings attended by the CEO.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments made by the CEO during meetings.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
