Dave Munson is CEO of Saddleback Leather which he says is “a people business cleverly disguised as a leather goods company.” A former youth pastor, he had no idea he was going to end up in business when he had his first leather bag made for himself while living in Southern Mexico as a volunteer English teacher.
Now Dave is impacting families across the world through the work that he does and a cornerstone to his business has been pursuing excellence and quality and demonstrating genuine love for people in everything that he does. He shares his story (which is quite the adventure) and drops plenty of wisdom on how we can have an extraordinary Kingdom impact through our work in the marketplace.
