Today’s guest on The Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur Podcast is Ryan Beck, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Pray.com, which he helped start alongside his fellow co-founding partners in 2016.
Ryan shares how his first venture into business was a bit unconventional, selling drugs as a teenager, but he encountered God powerfully during his time in prison and gave his life to Christ. After being released from prison, he studied theology at bible college and also cultivated a heart for Kingdom impact. He later pursued studies in computer science and developed skills to serve organizations at the intersection of technology and faith.
In this conversation, Ryan shares how he cultivates and expresses Kingdom culture through love in leadership as a CTO within the company, and how the Holy Spirit has guided him as he and his team have created the world’s #1 app for daily prayer and faith-based audio content.
Ryan’s story is truly one that illustrates God’s providence. As the Proverbs say, the heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps, and many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.
